My girls have really enjoyed learning how to ski these past few winters, and they’re even more excited now that we have a cabin near Sugarloaf. It’s going to be a ski-filled winter for them and they’re psyched for it. Personally, I can’t wait for peaceful solo snowshoeing trips through the woods and reading by a fire, but that’s just me.
While I love that they are learning a new sport, I do not love the prices of all the equipment, especially when they tend to grow out of a lot before winter’s end! That’s one of the reasons why I love Rodgers Ski and Sport so much: I can lease the girls’ boots, bindings and skis for only $119, plus I get a free junior lift ticket to King Pine with each lease package. And if the girls outgrow their boots during the winter, we can go back for a bigger size, no questions asked. If they’re uncomfortable with any of their equipment, Rodgers will make sure we figure out and solve the problem.
It’s this personalized customer service that they deliver each and every time I walk through the door that I love the most about Rodgers. Sure they have great deals and a huge selection of equipment, but what I notice the most is that someone is always there to cheerily greet me and offer assistance immediately. They take the time to listen to what I need and they take care of me right away. And do they remember me when I come back for something? You bet they do.
Rodgers Ski and Sport is a family-owned business taking care of local families. I love it and I’m sure you will, too. If you stop in, let them know Macaroni Kid sent you!
