My girls are psyched to be frequenting Muse Paintbar in Portland this summer thanks to their new Kid's Packs! These multi-session painting classes offered at a discount rate are a fabulous way to make some incredible summer memories. We're already looking through the Muse schedule and making some plans. Whether it's a sunny day or a rainy day, painting at Muse will provide us with a creative and fun way to spend a few quality mother/daughter hours together.
For those of you who have never been to Muse, this is a wonderful opportunity to try it out! There are several talented artists who will guide you through the creation of that session's painting, and trust me when I tell you that every single painting will look unique and special, no matter your talent level. And when you go with your children, you not only allow them to tap into their creative sides, but you allow them to watch you give something a try, even if it might show some imperfections. We owe our children such a life lesson.
